Tell me what is not working
One form, read by one person. Your inquiry is stored on the server before you are told it worked, and you get a reference number — so if anything ever goes wrong, both of us can see it.
- 1 business dayNormal reply time, from me, not a queue.
- No sequenceA stored reference, receipt status and a direct project reply.
- No obligationA price range and an honest opinion cost nothing.
Send the inquiry
Required fields are marked. The more specific the description, the more useful the reply.
What to include
- What the business does, in one sentence.
- The website address, if there is one.
- The agency brief, application failure, Shopify issue or search question you need help with.
- A budget or a deadline, if either is real.
Prefer email?
zackwildebusiness@gmail.com reaches the same person. The form is only better because it produces a stored record with a reference.
An agency buying white-label delivery can use this form. Unsolicited sales pitches should use email rather than the project inquiry path.
What happens after you send it
- Immediately. The inquiry is validated and stored, and the page shows you a reference number. If storage fails, you are told it failed — no false success.
- Within minutes. A receipt email with your reference, when email delivery is configured for this site. The confirmation page states whether it was sent. Either way the inquiry is already stored.
- Within one business day. A reply from me: whether this is something I can help with, a rough range, and what I would need to quote properly.
- If it is worth a call. A 30–45 minute scoping call. If a written answer is enough, we skip the call.
- Written quote. Deliverables, exclusions, timeline, price, payment schedule, ownership. Then you decide.
Before you send
- How quickly will I hear back?
Normally within one business day, from me. If an inquiry needs longer than that to answer properly, you will get a short acknowledgment saying when the real answer is coming.
- Will I get put into an email sequence?
No marketing sequence. The confirmation page gives your stored inquiry reference and reports whether an automated email receipt was sent. Email delivery is separate from storage; a missing receipt does not mean a saved inquiry disappeared. Any subsequent project reply comes from Zack.
- What if I only want a price?
Then say so and include the site. You will get a range with the assumptions it depends on. Published starting rates are on the pricing page and there is no obligation to book a call.
- What happens to what I send?
It is stored as an inquiry record before you are told it was received, and it is used to reply to you and to run the resulting work. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a marketing list. The privacy page sets out exactly what is stored and for how long.
Still deciding?
The pricing page has the starting rates and terms, and the guides answer the questions people usually want answered before they talk to anyone.
