How to read these numbers.
- These are Wilde Digital’s own USD prices for the stated scopes. PHP assessment added October 22, 2026; other rates reviewed September 12, 2026, by Zack Wilde.
- They are not market averages or a claim that completed sales at these prices have been measured.
- The site check and PHP assessment are fixed-price checks for their stated scopes. The PHP assessment credit applies once to an agreed repair for that assessed scope; implementation is quoted separately. White-label pricing assumes agency-supplied approved design and copy. Commercial terms
- Fixed-price checks cover only their stated scope. Other published figures are starting rates, not fixed quotes. Your written quote confirms the deliverables, total and terms before work starts.
- Timelines shown are indicative planning estimates for the scope described, not a delivery commitment. The agreed dates live in the written quote.
- Published rates and written quotes are in US dollars (USD) for every market, so the same scope costs the same wherever you are based. If you pay from another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and any conversion fee.
- Payment milestones, revision allowance, cancellation and handover terms are agreed in your written quote before any work starts.
- Third-party costs — hosting, domains, software licenses, stock imagery, advertising spend — are not included in a project rate. How they are handled is set out in the quote.
- Wilde Digital commits to what the written quote says: the delivered scope, a working inquiry path, and the response times stated there. Nothing on this site promises rankings, AI citations, traffic volume, inquiry volume or revenue, because none of those are inside one supplier's control.
What you own, and what happens if you leave
At handover
Your quote identifies which code, content and accounts transfer, who owns third-party licenses, and what documentation and rollback material are included.
If you leave
The quote sets out cancellation, ongoing hosting and software responsibilities, and how your accounts and stored inquiry data are handed over.
Pricing questions
- Why publish rates at all if every job is quoted?
Because a buyer who cannot tell whether you are a $900 supplier or a $90,000 one does not inquire. A published starting rate filters the conversation to people the work suits, in both directions.
- Are these fixed prices?
The site check and PHP assessment are fixed-price checks for their stated scopes. Other figures are starting rates. Your written quote confirms the deliverables, exclusions, total, timeline, payment schedule and ownership before work starts.
- What if my budget is below the starting rate?
State the budget in your inquiry. A smaller, useful scope may be possible, or Wilde Digital may not be the right supplier. An inspection and an implementation are different purchases; a lower price should come with an explicitly smaller deliverable, not an undisclosed reduction in quality.
- What are the payment terms?
Payment milestones, the revision allowance, cancellation and handover are all set out in your written quote before work starts, so you see them with the price rather than after it. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains and licenses are handled separately from the project rate and the quote says how.
- What happens if the project runs over?
If the delay is on the Wilde Digital side, the price does not change. If scope is added mid-project, it is quoted as a written change before it is built — never added to the final invoice as a surprise.
