During the project
Work happens on infrastructure you can see. Access is shared, not held back as leverage, and the written quote states what will exist at the end.
USD starting rates for the five services, with scope and exclusions below. Your written quote confirms the deliverables, total price and terms before work begins.

Read the scope column before the price column. A rate only means something attached to a scope.
| Work | Published starting rate | What the rate covers | Indicative timeline | What moves the price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| White-label website build White-label web development |
$6,500–$12,000 USD per scoped build | Implementation from agency-supplied approved design and copy, agreed page types and interactions, responsive and keyboard checks, source and handover notes. The agency owns client communication. | Schedule agreed after the brief, assets and dependencies are reviewed. | Templates, integrations, content migration, editing requirements and the approval process. Original design, copywriting and client management are excluded. |
| AI project rescue inspection AI project rescue |
$1,500 USD per agreed inspection | Inspection of the agreed application, source and configuration map, feature-status inventory, evidence-backed findings and a prioritized repair recommendation. Runtime checks are distinguished from source inspection. | Inspection window agreed after access and application scope are confirmed. | Repository boundaries, available runtime and access. Implementation, account recovery and security certification are excluded. |
| AI project rescue implementation AI project rescue |
From $3,500 USD per agreed repair scope | A bounded group of repairs selected after inspection, verified against agreed user journeys, with source changes and handover notes. | Quoted after the inspection identifies the changes and verification requirements. | Dependencies, affected user journeys, test environments and external integrations. New product features and unlimited rescue work are excluded. |
| Shopify development Shopify development |
$6,500–$12,000 USD per scoped build | Agreed theme work, collection structure, product and navigation templates, buying-path verification and handover. | Schedule agreed after catalog, theme and launch requirements are reviewed. | Template count, catalog condition, migration, theme constraints and integrations. Product photography, bulk product copy and third-party app fees are excluded. |
| AI search optimization implementation AI search optimization |
$1,500–$3,000 USD per scoped project | Agreed priority pages: answer structure, entity clarity, first-hand evidence and visible-content schema, with implementation and verification notes. Crawler access and indexability are covered by the technical SEO audit. | Schedule agreed after the priority pages and source evidence are reviewed. | Page count, content readiness and platform constraints. Bulk content production, tool subscriptions and guaranteed citations are excluded. |
| Inquiry and indexing check Technical SEO |
$400 USD per site | One written check of a single site: whether the inquiry form actually stores a submission, whether the pages that sell can be crawled and indexed, and the three faults costing the most, in priority order. Delivered as a one-page report with the evidence for each finding. | Returned within two business days of the site link and form details. | Fixed price for one site. Repairs, implementation and any second site are quoted separately. |
| Technical SEO audit Technical SEO |
$1,500 USD per agreed audit | Crawl and index review, intent and redirect mapping, canonical and metadata review, structured data and internal links, with prioritized findings and proposed fixes. | Audit window agreed after site size and access are confirmed. | Site scope, rendering complexity and available search data. Implementation, content rewrites and paid tooling are separate. |
| Ongoing implementation after a project Technical SEO |
From $1,000 USD per month | One agreed priority per month — technical or content — implemented and verified, with a report separating what changed from what was observed. Available after a completed project, not as a first purchase. | Optional monthly cycle with deliverables and notice terms in the quote. | The size of the agreed priority, platform access and implementation dependencies. Rankings, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed. |
How to read these numbers.
Work happens on infrastructure you can see. Access is shared, not held back as leverage, and the written quote states what will exist at the end.
Your quote identifies which code, content and accounts transfer, who owns third-party licenses, and what documentation and rollback material are included.
The quote sets out cancellation, ongoing hosting and software responsibilities, and how your accounts and stored inquiry data are handed over.
Because a buyer who cannot tell whether you are a $900 supplier or a $90,000 one does not inquire. A published starting rate filters the conversation to people the work suits, in both directions.
No. They are starting rates for the scope described in the table. The written quote after a scoping call is the only binding number, and it lists deliverables, exclusions, timeline, payment schedule and ownership.
State the budget in your inquiry. A smaller, useful scope may be possible, or Wilde Digital may not be the right supplier. An inspection and an implementation are different purchases; a lower price should come with an explicitly smaller deliverable, not an undisclosed reduction in quality.
Payment milestones, the revision allowance, cancellation and handover are all set out in your written quote before work starts, so you see them with the price rather than after it. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains and licenses are handled separately from the project rate and the quote says how.
If the delay is on the Wilde Digital side, the price does not change. If scope is added mid-project, it is quoted as a written change before it is built — never added to the final invoice as a surprise.
Send the business, the site and the budget you have in mind. You get a straight answer about scope and price, and a written quote if it is worth quoting.
