A service business whose customers want to know three things before they contact anyone: do you do my job, roughly what does it cost, and how do I ask.

What the owner said

“First legit quote request — this felt awesome. And I got a call for a quote from a lady who used ChatGPT and my company came up. Whatever you’re doing is sick.”

The situation

Luxury Solutions as implemented.

Exterior cleaning is bought by comparison. A homeowner opens several tabs, scans for the service they need, looks for any sign of price, and inquires with whichever site answered fastest.

The work here was to make each service legible on its own page, put pricing context on the page rather than behind a call, and replace a single generic contact box with a quote request that asks the questions a quote actually needs.

What was built

  • Individual crawlable service pages, each answering what the service is, what it suits, and what affects the price.
  • Pricing context on the page so a visitor can self-select before contacting anyone.
  • A multi-step quote request that collects property details, service and contact information in short steps instead of one intimidating form.
  • Phone and quote actions visible at every scroll position on mobile.
  • Structured data and page metadata matching the visible content.

  • Client performance data stays with the client. What is published here is the build and the decisions behind it.
  • The owner’s quote is published with his permission. The quote requests he describes are his account of what happened, not a measured conversion rate.
  • Screenshots show the published site, not a mock-up.

Why it is on this site

The website work sold on this site: structure and copy that let a buyer judge the service, plus a quote path that asks for enough detail to actually price the job.
